Joe is an award-winning L&D specialist and author. Since 1993, he has worked with thousands of people across almost every business sector. 

A familiar face at gdb meetings (having been a member for some years), Joe is also the lead for the Diamond Mentors programme, helping members tap into the wellspring of knowledge and expertise within the gdb community. 

He brings an engaging brand of philosophy, humour and psychological insight, helping human beings to deal with other human beings (and to solve people problems!). He inspires performance, confidence and resilience through interactive group facilitation/training and individual coaching/mentoring. 

Joe is passionate about creating constructive company cultures through meaningful values and ethical practise, developing leaders and individuals so that everyone plays their part and is motivated to deliver.
