I am an executive coach and leadership development consultant working with leaders in professional services firms. I’m researching smaller and medium-sized firms to understand their issues with people and talent and how executive coaching can help resolve them.
The aim would then be to write a research-based white paper outlining how professional services firms can effectively use coaching to retain and nurture their talent, with a practical guide to doing so. It would also include insights into what firms are grappling with regarding talent management and the solutions they use to overcome these.
