Unique event featuring big names from music & sport, coming to Hayward's Heath!

On Monday 20th January, Rok Skool in Haywards Heath will host an exclusive opportunity to learn high-performance strategies from top leaders in music and sport – all in one place. The Performance Playbook: Lessons from Music & Sport will bring together influential speakers to share their insights at an intimate, one-day conference designed for professionals across industries.

Whether you're looking to build resilience, foster inclusive and diverse leadership, or unlock performance secrets from the worlds of music and sport, this event offers actionable strategies for leaders to help them ensure their ESG strategies are more than just a tick-box exercise. Speakers include:

    • Paul Barber OBE – CEO and Deputy Chairman of Brighton & Hove Albion FC, instrumental in the club’s rise and staying power in the Premier League.
    • Lynsey Hipgrave – Lead sports broadcaster at TNT Sport, known for covering elite sporting events across the globe.
    • Dan Hipgrave – Guitarist from the iconic British band Toploader, whose music has defined a generation.
    • Tony Underwood – Former England Rugby International who famously faced All Black Jonah Lomu, Emirates A380 Captain and most recently Social Impact Consultant, focusing on corporate strategy and grassroots social programmes in the North East.
    • Paul Hayward – Sports journalist and author
    • Catherine Bond Muir – Former lawyer and CEO of W Series, a pioneering female racing championship shaping the future of motorsport.
    • Simon Cusden - Former Kent and Derby Cricketer representing England under 19 squad against Australia who now helps high performing individuals prevent and treat well being and performance crisis.
