In this interactive, neuroscience-based workshop we will include:
• An overview of stress
• How stress and ADHD can affect each other in negative and positive ways
• Recognising our stress triggers
• How the ADHD brain is different,
• Things we can do to reduce stress when we can’t change our circumstances,
• Strategies to feel more calm and empowered to support your child
• Some simple tools to use and share with your child afterwards
£25 per person
Arrival from 5:45pm.
Workshop 6:00pm – 7:30pm.
7:30pm – 8:00pm an opportunity to stay and chat with other parents.
