Accountants and business advisors Kreston Reeves has once again made the top half of the Top 100 Apprenticeship Employers List, this year ranking at number 46, a rise of three places in recognition of its apprenticeship programme. The firm also received the “highest score for diversity apprentices” out of all top 100 apprentice employers.
This is a national ranking that celebrates England’s outstanding apprenticeship employers in 2024, recognising their commitment to creating new apprenticeships, the diversity of their apprentices, and the number of apprentices who successfully achieve their apprenticeships. The rankings are produced annually by the Department for Education, in partnership with High Fliers Research, who independently assess and rank the nation’s top apprenticeship employers.
Richard Heasman, HR Partner at Kreston Reeves comments: “We are delighted that our apprenticeship programme has once again been singled out in the top 100 as one of the best, and that our hard work in employing apprentices from the diverse communities where our offices are based has also been singled out for praise. Our purpose as a firm is to guide our clients, colleagues and communities to a brighter future, and access to learning and development is central to this and our apprenticeship programme aims to deliver it, helping to educate our business leaders of the future.”
Karen Thompson, Head of Learning and Development at Kreston Reeves, comments: “Apprenticeships play an important role in our business, helping us to attract, train and retain people who without the scheme might not have considered a career in accountancy. These rankings recognise the leading employers across England who are making the greatest commitment to apprenticeships and benchmark successful apprenticeship employment. We’re thrilled that our commitment to delivering high-quality, personalised programmes has once again been recognised and we have risen three places up the rankings. We’re passionate about ensuring our programme provides equal opportunities to everyone and that it guides, supports and develops the next generation of business leaders.”
