Free Wildflower Course
At the end of last year we asked you what courses you wanted us to deliver. By far and away the most popular request was for a course on wildflowers with over 72% of you voting for it.
So we are delighted to share with you our new course. This free, seven-day email course will introduce you to some of the wildflowers you are likely to see when out and about in Sussex this spring.
Working with Nature
The Wilder Ouse project has been busy creating cascading ponds on farmland. Nature is now returning to the site, which is still used for livestock grazing. Frog spawn can be seen in the pools, Skylarks are back after a five-year absence and recently a Barn Owl pellet was found.
Emma Chaplin visited the site with a volunteer work party to find out more.
