Claire, who will be working from Birketts’ Sevenoaks office, has almost 14 years of experience and practiced at fellow Kent law firm Cripps for many years. She specialises in advising clients on all aspects of divorce and separation, particularly where there are complex businesses, tax issues, trusts (including offshore trusts) and significant pension arrangements. Claire also has extensive experience advising on pre- and post-nuptial agreements and dealing with complex children matters, including those with serious allegations of harm or parental alienation, as well as cases involving relocation, both domestically and internationally.
Claire is listed in the Citywealth Leaders List and is a member of Resolution.
