7 August 2023 - UK Top 50 Law firm, Birketts, has announced the appointment of Sharon Bell to its Contentious Trusts & Probate Team.
Sharon joins as a Legal Director in the firm's newly established Sevenoaks office.
Joining Birketts from Taylor Rose MW, Sharon specialises in complex contested probate matters including disputed Wills, invalidity challenges, cross-border disputes, Inheritance Act claims, Trust disputes, non-contentious probate issues, and Court of Protection matters including Statutory Wills.
On her appointment, Sharon said: "I'm delighted to have joined Birketts' growing Sevenoaks-based team. The move feels especially poignant since I qualified as a Solicitor at Batchelors, which merged with Birketts earlier this year. I'm looking forward to playing a role in Birketts' South East expansion and guiding clients through what is notoriously a difficult area of law."
