Kreston Reeves strengthens corporate tax teams with property experts

Accountants, business and financial advisers Kreston Reeves has strengthened its corporate tax team with two senior appointments. Both bring expertise in advising property businesses.

Michael Haig joins the firm as a director and James O'Leary joins as a corporate tax senior manager. Both joined the firm in January 2023.

Michael brings to the team considerable expertise in the corporate tax aspects of restructuring and reorganisations, international tax and exit strategies, with a strong reputation in acting for owner-managed and property businesses.

James O'Leary also acts for owner-managed and property businesses and brings expertise in R&D tax credits, capital allowances, and tax-efficient employee incentive schemes.
