St Catherine's Hospice will proudly unveil two new foundation stones at its new hospice site in Pease Pottage, Crawley on Wednesday 9 November - 40 years to the day since the Queen Mother laid the original foundation stone at its Malthouse Road hospice. The original foundation stone has been moved to the new site and will also be unveiled.
Attending on the day will be Mayors from Crawley, Reigate and Banstead, East Grinstead and Burgess Hill as well as the Chair of the Parish Council of Slaugham.
Media are invited to cover the event, speak to staff, Trustees and supporters and see first-hand how construction of the new hospice is progressing ahead of its opening in Autumn 2023.
Please note this is an outdoor event on a working building site and will take place whatever the weather so please dress appropriately.
Parking is very limited - if possible, please park at Pease Pottage Services which is a five-minute walk from the new hospice site.
