Clean Growth Innovation is the development of any new and improved product, process, business model or service that reduces your impact on the environment.

This free Two Day Workshop will give you insight into what the opportunities are in your business, and how to implement them.

Run by the University of Brighton's Green Growth Platform, Clean Growth UK's South East Hub, in partnership with Sussex Chamber of Commerce and co-funded by the LoCASE programme.

2nd Workshop:

19th June - Profitnet Taster Workshop

Profitnet connects business leaders with their peers in a series of confidential, personalised monthly meetings and masterclasses over 12 months. It helps leaders overcome challenges and connect with others who know exactly what it's like to run a business.

Developed by the University of Brighton's Centre for Change, Entrepreneurship and Innovation Management, over a thousand business leaders have taken part and it's been proven to increase innovation and drive business growth.

This free taster workshop is run by the University of Brighton's Green Growth Platform, Clean Growth UK's South East Hub.

20th June - Business Model Canvas Workshop

Your business model is your roadmap to making profit.

At this workshop you'll learn about the famous Business Model Canvas. Developed by Swiss business model guru Alexander Osterwalder and management Information Systems professor Yves Pigneur, it identifies the nine building blocks of business.

You'll master how to develop a clearly laid out business model, so that you can easily describe it to your employees, stakeholders or potential investors.

This Workshop is run by the University of Brighton's Green Growth Platform, Clean Growth UK's South East Hub.

You'll cover:

  • What your value proposition is
  • Who your customers are and how and where to communicate with them
  • Revenue streams and cost structure
  • The key resources, activities and partners to drive your growth

4th Workshop:

25th June: New Product Development Workshop

So what are the key steps to follow when developing a new product or service? This workshop will help you understand the path you need to follow to make an idea happen.

You'll cover the range of activities and business decisions involved when a company is developing a new product or a new service.

The day will be facilitated by the University of Brighton's Business School - Centre of Change, Entrepreneurship and Innovation Management.

This Workshop is run by the University of Brighton's Green Growth Platform, Clean Growth UK's South East Hub.

You'll cover:

  • How to develop a mature approach to new product or service development
  • The critical issues involved in the various stages of new product development
