Accountants, business and financial advisers Kreston Reeves has advised Norris Holdings Limited on the sale of subsidiary Flotronic Pumps Limited to an unnamed buyer.
Flotronic Pumps Limited, established in 1981, is the market-leader for bespoke air-operated pumps. Its pumps are used across the food, adhesives and hazardous, pharmaceutical, petrochemical sectors worldwide and feature its unique 'one nut' design that allows for rapid disassembly, cleaning and maintenance.
The Sussex-based business has been owned by the Norris family since its inception. The sale will enable the business to grow and develop whilst protecting its heritage.
The Kreston Reeves team was led by Corporate Finance Partner Simon Jordan and Executive Will Molony.
