Gatcom's Passenger Advisory Group (PAG) is recruiting new members to represent the views of passengers

Can you help 46 million passengers?

PAG has 16 members who volunteer at least 12 days per year, monitoring facilities and services at the airport as well as helping with the continuous improvement in customer service, which is a vital part of Gatwick's commitment to its passengers. PAG is a subgroup of GATCOM, the independent consultative group within which the management of Gatwick interacts with local public agencies, local business and resident groups. We're looking for volunteers with the commitment and enthusiasm to devote their time to make Gatwick Airport a better place, bringing to the group knowledge and experience from their professional and personal life. You may be a regular traveller or have a genuine interest in the way airports function. You'll need excellent communication skills, a passion for customer service and live within an hour's journey time of Gatwick. PAG promotes equal opportunities and diversity to truly represent the passenger profile at Gatwick.
