Charlotte Sloan, Legal Director at Birketts LLP will provide an update on the recent key developments in employment law, including changes to family leave, flexible working, fire and rehire and sexual harassment legislation. We will also be looking ahead at other changes to employment law under the Employment Rights Bill which employers should have on their radar with tips as to how to best prepare for the most significant shake up for employment law in a generation.
