This is an uncertain and changing time for businesses, employers and employees. There will be some difficult messages for businesses to deliver to their staff. Yes, there are legal and legislative issues surrounding all of the changes we are currently experiencing in the workplace. Many webinars focus on these technical issues.
This webinar focuses on something equally important.
The human element. Aside from all the legal issues this is really a human issue about people handling and dealing with change and how we help them, and how we receive and respond to emotional reactions as people go through difficult changes.
Dealing with these well, requires a deep understanding of the human element, and a level of both compassion allied with objectivity and perspective.
This webinar will be a support to any HR professional or consultant who may be dealing with a wide range of issues and challenges in this time.
Whilst there will be a short introduction, the format will be Q&A where questions that are considered to have a broad appeal will be answered for the benefit of all.
We hope to leave you supported and ready for your current trials and for the potentially difficult months ahead!
Our aim is to take a short amount of your time to give you a tall amount of benefit!
