Sussex Innovation will be bringing you weekly webinars on a variety of subjects that are designed to help support you and your business during this difficult time. These events are being run in collaboration with Gatwick Diamond Business.

The first webinar in our new series will focus on crisis management and be led by Nigel Lambe. Nigel is Sussex Innovation's Interim Chief Executive and has experience across a variety of sectors. While he's not busy running the Centre and supporting our members Nigel is a successful entrepreneur and business mentor. His specialities include rapid profit improvement, turnaround, growth, strategic direction and crisis management.

This session will focus on how you can lessen the damage to your business during this unprecedented time.
