We're pleased to welcome our guest speaker Mo Kanjilal.
Mo Kanjilal is Co-Creator at Watch This Sp_ce, a multi-award-winning diversity and inclusion company. After a career in international technology corporations leading global teams, and working on diversity and inclusion initiatives, she co-created Watch This Sp_ce during the pandemic. The company works with organisations across sectors to help them understand why inclusive teams matter, how to create the roadmap for change and engage people along the way. Mo is a TedX Speaker, Charity board Trustee, a Non-Exec Director, and Author. Watch This Sp_ce’s first book ‘The Inclusion Journey’ is available to order now.

We are all different, yet somehow we struggle to see it, and we either brush over differences or without realising it, miss seeing what makes someone unique. How does this impact our work? Do I have to be a gdb member to attend?
No not at all - this event is open to everybody and we would love to welcome you along. We won't hard sell, but if you are interested in finding out more about membership and how it can support your business, please contact mandi@gatwickdiamondbusiness.com.
What are my transport options?
The venue has plenty of free parking available (please register your vehicle on arrival). Nearest train station is East Grinstead (10-minute taxi ride away).
What is the refund policy?
Cancellations cannot be accepted after the 10/10/2024. After this date, tickets are transferable to another person but unfortunately no refund will be available.
