Dr Charlotte Rae is an Associate Professor in Psychology at the University of Sussex. Charlotte leads Sussex 4 Day Week, a support programme for employers who are interested in trialling a shorter working week. Backed by her scientific research, Charlotte works with employers to guide and optimise the implementation of a new working schedule.
