ANNUAL MEMBERSHIP: Terms & Conditions

 

1. gdb Annual Membership – Terms & Conditions

• Membership Duration & Renewal
• Membership is valid for 12 months from the date of application.
• Renewal notices will be sent one month before the renewal date.
• Membership will automatically renew unless advised otherwise.

 

2. Membership Fees & Payment Terms

• The annual membership fee is based on your selected membership package, payable in full upon joining or renewing.
• Payment can be made via Direct Debit, Credit/Debit Card, or BACS Transfer.
• Failure to pay within one month of the renewal date may result in suspension of membership benefits and termination of membership.
• All membership package fees are subject to review and any price increase will be implemented annually from the 1st April.

 

3. Membership Benefits

• Members receive access to specific benefits and inclusions related to the chosen membership package.  
•  gdb reserves the right to update or amend membership benefits at any time.

 

4. Notice & Cancellation

• Membership is a 12-month commitment and cannot be cancelled within   the membership period.
• Non-renewal requests must be submitted in writing one month before the renewal date.
• No refunds will be issued for mid-term cancellations or unused membership benefits.
• Refunds for cancellations before the renewal date will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

 

5. Code of Conduct

• Gatwick Diamond Business supports businesses in making connections and building relationships. This is not a ‘hard sales’ environment and all members must embrace this principle.
• Members are expected to act professionally and respectfully at all events and engagements.
• Any behaviour deemed inappropriate may result in suspension or termination of membership without refund.

 

6. Use of Membership Logo & Branding

• Members may use the official gdb Members logo for promotional purposes, subject to brand guidelines.
• Misuse of the logo or misrepresentation of membership status may result in termination.

 

7. Data Protection & Communication

• Member data will be handled in accordance with GDPR and our Privacy Policy.
• By joining, members consent to receive relevant communications about events, opportunities, and updates.

 

8. Amendments to Terms & Conditions

• Gatwick Diamond Business reserves the right to amend these terms at any time, with notice provided to members.

 

All applications are subject to formal approval of the gdb Council.

 

By subscribing to the gdb Annual Membership, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
